    The Gaslabo 2005 is a gas mixer mainly used to calibrate and linearize gas monitors and to generate specific gas mixtures .
    The Gaslabo 2005 is based on the principle of gas flow through sonic nozzles and is built according the ISO 6145/6 standard. The sonic nozzle principle makes it the most accurate and stable device on the market. It generates binary mixtures from 0 to 100% in fixed steps in a pure mechanical process without electronic regulation and without any influence from ambient pressure or temperature.
    The touch-screen LCD interface provides simple and user-friendly management of all functions on the unit.
    Proven metrological performances – Optional ISO 17025 calibration reports will be delivered from our accredited laboratory. In this way the device can be easily linked with National Standards.

    Product Description

    The Gaslabo 7010 is a gas mixer mainly used to calibrate and linearize gas monitors and to generate specific gas mixtures .
    The Gaslabo 7010 is based on the principle of gas flow through MFC (Mass Flow Controllers) and is built according the ISO 6145/7 standards. This instrument provides a very high flexibility allowing to combine multigas mixtures (up to 6 gases + a balance gas) and multi-range functionality.
    The touch-screen LCD interface provides simple and user-friendly management of all functions on the unit.
    All models make automatic calculation in function of the used gases types. The Gaslabo 7010 is totally compatible with the US EPA methods and can be easily linked with National Standards.
    Each mass flow controller is factory calibrated in 10 points by a traceable primary standard.

    Product Description

    The Gaslabo 1000 is a stand alone ozone primary transfer standard able to generate ozone together with dry or wet air (optional) allowing to calibrate the ozone monitors in several points. It generates an outflow of 3 Nl/min air containing 10 to 1000 ppb O3, with stability and reproducibility of the concentration better than 1% relative. The extended range model generates 10 ppb to 100 ppm at 3 L/min and 100 ppm to 1000 ppm at 1 L/min.
    The Gaslabo 1000 is using pressure regulator and sonic nozzles and an ozone generator including thermostatisation and regulation by UV light photometer measurement with atmospheric pressure and temperature corrections (US EPA method of UV absorption by ozone, Beer-Lambert law). The ozone analyser is built with 1 reference UV light detectors that measure in alternance the UV intensity without any ozone and then the same UV light but through the generated ozone. With these 2 values, the processor calculates the amount of ozone generated.

    The multipoint multigas calibrator Gaslabo 4010 is an instrument designed to calibrate manually or by remote control for multi gas monitors installed in an Air pollution monitoring station, such as SO2, HC or BTX, CO and NOx.
    Equipped with a binary gas mixer, based on high precision mass flow controllers and mechanical pressure regulators the Gaslabo 4010 can generate accurate dilution to low ppb level.
    Options :
    – Permeation oven of different sizes and material (up to 4 permeation oven per device), with a specific oven able to contain up to 6 BTEX permeation tubes.
